MARTA KALFAS

 

The list of my interests never ends because everything seems curious to me, everything seems interrelated. Hence, my educational path and professional experiences are interdisciplinary. I studied film at the directing and editing departments of The Polish National Film School in Lodz, alternating this with Philosophy in Cracow. In the past few years I have been working in film, theatre, music, journalism and pedagogy. I still explore the latter field, linking education with film-making on various levels. In Poland I worked as an assistant director, an actor’s assistant and an editor of social projects, feature films and short studies. Currently I’m finding my feet in Scotland.
